September is a rainy month in Southeast Asia. No outing? Not sure, here is a small list of events not to be missed to fully enjoy Thailand.

7-8 september : The Knack Market

41/1-5 The Jam Factory, Charoennakorn Rd., Khlong San. Bangkok
The craft market, vintage The Knack Market will run like every first weekend of the month, on the side of Thonburi. Small but pleasant.
Sport !
15 september : Koh Samui Marathon
Sunday, September 15, 2019 from 04:00 AM to 10:00 AM will take place the famous marathon of Koh Samui. Several courses are possible:
- 35 km – Registration per person: 850/950 THB – Departure at 04:00 AM
- 21 km – Registration per person: 600/700 THB – Departure at 05:00 AM
- 10 km – Registration per person: 450/550 THB – Departure at 06:00 AM
- 5 km – Registration per person: 350/450 THB – Departure at 06:05 AM
Festival
13 au 18 september : Samui Festival
6 days of celebration in Koh Samui, the program: many sports activities (see above with the marathon, but also bike races and Muay Thai), religious processions (merits) around wat most famous as: the wat Sawang Aron. There will also be a craft market and of course food stands. Everyday concerts and activities … for the detailed program see the official website!
14 – 21 september – Kin Hoy Festival – Cha Am Phetchaburi
In Cha Am not far from Petchaburi it will be the 20th edition of the famous festival of Kin Hoy Festval or more exactly “Kin Hoy, Doo nok, Tok muek” … That can be translated by: Eating shells (shrimp too), watch the birds and fish the squid. Here is a happy program for 6 days. In addition, there will be: concerts, night market … and especially tours to see the birds and the opportunity to embark to go fishing night squid!
The Party
20 septembre – Sequence at Mustache – Bangkok
From 9 pm; we take almost the same and we start again! The intention is always the same DJ and melodic / rhythmic trips … The evening guests:

Important Info: Free Bar from 9pm to 10pm. 50% on all drinks from 10pm to 11pm. Free admission before 11pm. 300 THB entrance after 11pm incl. 1 drink.
Tradition
28 september – Thai National Flag Day
National day of the Thai flag. This is not a religious holiday but a national one. It’s a day to honor the values and symbols of the kingdom. This is not a holiday, however, there will be some demonstrations and steps to honor the colors of Thailand.
