List of public holidays and national holidays in Cambodia for the year 2020. In addition, there are also the main festivals which are held throughout the kingdom.

Note: Cambodia has 22 public holidays – 6 have just been abolished.

Tuesday, January 7, 2020: Victory over Genocide Day – Public holiday

Tuesday January 25, 2020: Chinese and Vietnamese New Year – 3 days of celebration for these communities – non-holiday.

Saturday February 8, 2020: Meak Bochea – Commemoration of the Buddha’s sermon – Non-holiday

Friday 30, Saturday 31 October and Monday 1 November 2020: water festival – Bon Om Tuk – Public holiday

To note : 
The water festival - Bon Om Tuk - corresponds to a unique moment where the direction of the waters of the river and the Tonle Sap lake is reversed. If the water level is too low, the party can be canceled.

December

Friday December 25: Christmas – is not a holiday.
